If a program requires account access (such as through LearnWorlds), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Account and Access

All purchases, including The Well and any coaching packages, are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges once a purchase is made, except where required by applicable law. Please review program details carefully before purchasing.

Refund Policy

Programs such as The Well are purchased and delivered through our course platform, LearnWorlds. By purchasing a program, you agree to pay all fees in full at the stated price. Payment is processed securely by LearnWorlds and its payment processor; Her Highest Standard does not directly store your payment card information.

Purchases and Payment

Coaching outcomes depend on your individual effort, circumstances, and participation. We do not guarantee any specific result, outcome, or transformation from participating in our programs, and any testimonials or examples shared reflect individual experiences that may not be typical.

No Guarantee of Results

Her Highest Standard provides faith-based life coaching. Coaching is not medical care, mental health treatment, therapy, or counseling, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed physician, therapist, or other healthcare provider. Nothing shared through our coaching programs, courses, emails, or social media content should be understood as medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
